Hello, I’m Colette.
they offer into the individual person. I am an extrovert by nature but have cultivated the art of listening deeply. After 20 years as a coach and mentor, I’ve come to realize that we all, at our core, want the same things. Yet, each person translates the fulfillment of those needs differently. The converse is also true, each person can process the frustration of the unmet need differently creating lifelong coping patterns and a loss of purpose.

ut beyond the labels,
I’m a people-person. I love people. I mean, I really love people! I love cultures and languages and travel but mostly because of the lens they offer into the individual person. I am an extrovert by nature but have cultivated the art of listening deeply. After 20 years as a mentor and coach, I’ve come to realize that we all, at our core, want the same things. Yet, each person translates the fulfillment of those needs differently. The converse is also true, each person can process the frustration of the unmet need differently creating lifelong coping patterns and a loss of purpose.
My purpose in life is helping you find your purpose in life.
After college, I was unsure of how to apply my passion to a career, and for a time I lost my inner compass. From the youngest age, I’ve been able to connect to my inner voice, to be intuitively guided to follow my own course. But I was also the stereotypical first child who wanted to be perfect, please and do the ‘right thing.’ Feeling disconnected from myself, I followed the advice of others and enrolled in law school, knowing even as I did it that it didn’t feel authentic and was not the right path for me. As a young attorney, I was miserable with who I felt I had to be. Yet, even then, I found myself constantly speaking into people’s lives, and it was the impact I had on people that gave me the courage to leave law and get back to doing what I know I was put here to do.
here has never been a time when I have not been doing this work. In elementary school, I was a real life version of Lucy from Peanuts, with a place on the playground the other kids would line up to get advice. In high school, I voraciously consumed leadership, psychology, spirituality and human potential materials, motivating me to later craft a degree in college that encompassed these areas and was a forerunner to the coaching profession that hadn’t yet emerged.

For more than 20 years now, I have been working with people to reconnect them with their inner voice. My work has been a reflection of my own personal growth, motivated by life experiences, struggles and many painful challenges. This led to a lifetime of deep research of the work of leading personal development teachers and thousands of hours of coaching others.
Today I have a global practice. After living in San Francisco, my clients include leaders from the Silicon Valley venture and startup community, and I specialize in working with cohorts of female founders. My primary mission today is to elevate women to have true freedom, internally and externally, and to consider themselves fully embodied. I am actively creating women's embodiment communities around the world, supported by a platform that brings together experts, philanthropy and funding all directed at helping women. From the beaches of California to the savannas of Africa, this is what I will be doing for the rest of my life.
People typically come to me during an internal or external crisis that is painful enough to motivate them to pause and reflect on their life choices—where they haven’t been in alignment with their values, beliefs and dreams. I help them intentionally design their lives from a deep connection to their authentic being and get out of reactionary living – that type of living that is constantly just reacting to what is next and screaming the loudest — to intentional living. Most importantly, I remind them that they no longer need to exhaust themselves trying to prove their worth, but rather tap into the power and beauty and fundamental worth that is already within them.
to take a leap. I believe in you. I believe in your dream. I believe in your fundamental worthiness to walk out the life you came to have.
I will help you to find the why behind the disconnection in your desires, to accurately know what you truly want and to make empowered choices towards that goal. You’ll never be what you want for yourself and for others until you truly align with your authentic self. When you commit to making a change, once and for all, then you will see the reality of your visions.
promise if we work together there will be times where you will be so in awe thinking it is truly magic, and there will be times that you need real hand holding
